At Ace 1 Consulting, we are a professionals who provide expert guidance and advice to our clientele.  Our consultants are hired to get to the core of any issue and help solve multiple or a specific problem, or to solve issues or  terminally ill projects and turn them around. We are hard core to get in depth and find the answers to these hard to solve problems with high tech and sometime out of the box solutions 

Our Ace 1 Consultants provide consultancy, feasibility studies, project management, critical in depth reviews, technical evaluations and other assessments to bring to light the issue(s). Supportive activities may also include research, business development, planning, implementation, legal and technical support.

Our security consultant’s role is in helping wholesale, commercial, transportation, retail businesses, state, federal, national and developing countries in safeguarding assets, data, products and operations against adversaries,  current, ongoing, potential or perceived risks.

• Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Analysis: Identify potential physical and digital threats, assess vulnerabilities in the areas that are in need of help. Some of these are: supply chain, transportation routes, equipment / storage, personnel, buildings, land, barracks, operational environment areas, data infrastructure and retail environments, and to develop strategies to mitigate and implement the threats.
• Physical Security Design and Planning: Design and implement physical security measures, including access controls, surveillance systems, and alarm systems, to protect facilities, warehouses, retail spaces and other places that are in need of protection.
• Data and Cybersecurity Protection: Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information, customer data, and financial records from cyber threats like data breaches and ransomware. This includes in depth analysis and solutions.
• Compliance and Regulatory Guidance: Ensure the entity complies with industry-specific security regulations and standards, such as PCI DSS for payment security, C-TPAT for customs in transportation, and GDPR for data protection and others.
• Employee Training and Awareness Programs: Develop and conduct security training programs to educate management, staff and employees or others on best practices in physical and digital security, fraud prevention, and emergency response.
• Supply Chain Security: Evaluate and secure transportation and logistics operations, including securing cargo in transit, managing third-party risks, and reducing risks of theft or damage.
• Crisis Management and Incident Response Planning: Prepare comprehensive response plans for emergencies such as theft, data breaches, and natural disasters, adversaries, terrorist, and helping the entity minimize impact and resume operations quickly.
• Security Audits and Continuous Monitoring: Set up to regularly audit and monitor security measures to identify weaknesses, ensure ongoing compliance, and respond to evolving threats.
